Youth workers who have completed our training programs through our clients are highly sought after as their qualification reflects a solid foundation and mentorship in the skills and knowledge required to operate effectively in the Residential Care Services sector. Graduates with a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention can expect a starting salary on average of around $51,000 p.a. This is comparable to tertiary graduate programs that offer similar wages.
